Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.
Ensure that your email campaigns follow ethical email practices, including obtaining proper consent from recipients.
Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities using our platform.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
Send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited communications.
Engage in activities that harm the reputation or deliverability of email servers.
Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your affiliation with others.

10. Refund and Issue Resolution Policy
If you encounter any issues with our services, you must report them within one (1) week of the issue occurring.
No refunds will be issued after one (1) week from the date of purchase or service usage.
After one (1) week, we will charge you for fixing any issues.
Google Workspace subscriptions are not refundable.
Setup fees are refundable.- If you encounter any issues with our services, you must report them within one (1) week of the issue occurring.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
